Comparing The Shawls

A Tale of Two Patterns

 

As you know I frogged the Heart of Pink Simple Triangle Shawl (Sharon Maher) since it would have been the second shawl using this pattern. I wanted to crochet a shawl with the Granny Triangle Pattern (Jessica Reeves Potasz ) instead. I said that I would share comparison photos once I had used the original pink yarn from the simple triangle in the new granny triangle shawl. I was correct in saying the granny triangle shawl would be bigger than the simple triangle at this point.

I have added 3 more rows to the Granny Triangle with other pink yarns from other frogged items since taking the comparison photos. I will add more rows today and tomorrow and post photos of that progress for Wednesday’s WIP’s.
